Badge pick up will be located on Level 1 of the Venetian® Expo Halls. Guests who pick up their badge on Thursday, July 24th will receive a metal commemorative token. You won’t be able to find it anywhere else at any other time!

Badge pickup will open at 8:00am on Friday and Saturday - the areas for this pick up will be announced shortly.

Please keep your badge safe! You will have to pay full price for a lost or stolen badge replacement.

Yes! We will have numerous food options for sale throughout the event.

Yes, you can bring a bag or backpack, but it will be subject to search at security before entering the event.

Yes! We will have a "stuff check" on the first floor of the Venetian® Expo Halls for you to safely store your items while you enjoy the convention.

No, you cannot bring your own food or drink. If you need an exception due to medical reasons, please contact us and we will make special arrangements.

Only trained service animals will be allowed.

No. This event will be cashless!

Yes! This is a family friendly event with activities for all ages.

Tickets to the Galactic Championship, including both badge and add-on events, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Yes, you can park with the hotel for a fee, which is determined and managed through the Venetian.

No, there will be no shuttles. All attendees will be responsible for their own travel arrangements. 

Absolutely! We will have plenty of activities for fans of Star Wars. Plus, there will be more game play options on site. You never know, you might become a player before you leave!

Yes! You are welcome to bring a stroller or wagon, but please be mindful of your surroundings.

Yes! If you are feeling overwhelmed or need a quiet space, we will have a quiet/sensory friendly room available.

Yes! All ages are welcome in the side events. Minors under the age of 18 are required to have a signed parental consent form to participate in Star WarsTM: Unlimited Galactic Championship Tournament and must purchase a General Admission, Premium Weekend or VIP badge.  Please print and bring a completed form with you to the event.  You can find the consent form is available here.

Yes! This will be sold onsite - more details to come.

You will earn prize wall tickets after you participate in ticketed events.

Yes! We will have a secure lactation/nursing room for you. Please reach out to event staff onsite for room access.

You can buy side event tickets in advance online. We will also have multiple side event ticket stations at the event for you to purchase.

Absolutely! Please reach out to unlimited@fantasyflightgames.com prior to July 24th with your needs. If you have any requests onsite, please find event staff.

Yes, you must be present with a valid ID to pick up any promotional items (i.e swag, prizes). 

No, you must be present with a valid ID to pick up any items belonging to you. We will provide ample time for everyone to pick up their own items. 

Yes, your badge must be visible at all times to enter and exit the event, as well as to participate in any events.
