Code of Conduct
The Galactic Championship is a celebration of all things Star Wars: Unlimited, and it is our goal to create a safe, welcoming, fun space for all attendees. To achieve that, we require that everyone who attends the Galactic Championship event adhere to the code of conduct described in Part 2: Floor Rules of the Fantasy Flight Games Master Event Document. Failure to abide by these rules may result in the revocation of your event badge and/or removal from the event venue with no refund.
Terms of Service for Participation in the 2025 Star Wars™: Unlimited Galactic Championship
The 2025 Star Wars™: Unlimited Galactic Championship at the Venetian Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada (“Event”) is owned and/or operated Asmodee North America, Inc. dba Fantasy Flight Games, Inc. located at 1995 County Rd B2 W, 55113, Roseville, MN (“FFG”).
Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By registering for a Credential and Participating in the Event, Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including all of the warranties, indemnities, releases, and limitations of liability contained herein.
Registering on Behalf of Others: If you are registering on behalf of another Participant, it is your obligation to make sure that the Participant for whom you are registering is aware of these Terms of Service and accepts them. By completing and submitting the registration Participant represents and warrants that they have made all Participants on whose behalf they are registering aware of and that they agree to these Service Terms. If you are registering on behalf of a Minor Participant, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to accept these terms as the Minor’s Guardian.
Participants that do not wish to be bound by these Terms of Service should not Participate in the Event.
Except as explicitly otherwise provided herein, all Credential sales are final.
Section 1: Definitions
As used in these Terms of Service, the following terms shall have these meanings:
· Credential means a valid individual identifier provided by FFG which entitles a Participant to Participate in the Event in some way, including but not limited to a ticket, badge, wristband, or other means of entry authorized by FFG.
· Minor means any individual who is under eighteen (18) years of age or has not reached the age of majority as defined by such individual’s jurisdiction of residence.
· Participate or Participation means registering for, attending, accessing, entering or viewing the Event or any part of the Event.
· Participant means any individual that Participates in the Event. If a Participant is a Minor, all uses of the term Participant shall be deemed to include the Minor’s Guardian (as defined below).
Section 2: Credentials
Entrance to the event requires valid Credentials. Credentials may only be used by the individual Participant for whom they were purchased. Participants must carry their Credentials with them at all times.
License
All fees collected in connection with Event registration (and Credentials) are solely to secure Participants access to the Event and Event space(s); they do not form a part of any associated tournament prize pool(s). Participant acknowledges and understands that the Credential is a revocable license (a personal and limited right) to Participate in the Event for which it was issued. The license is valid only on the day(s) of the Event and areas specified in the Credential description. It is subject to revocation and denial of admission without compensation for any reason, including, but not limited to, Participant’s attempted or actual violation of any of the rules set forth herein, policy or regulations and for any other action taken by Participant in violation of any local, state or federal law, or that may endanger other Participants. FFG reserves the right to inspect Credentials while Participant is Participating in the Event.
Loss of Credentials
Participants are responsible for protecting and safeguarding their credentials. Participant hereby acknowledges and agrees that FFG is not responsible for, and shall have no liability resulting from, any loss or damage to any Credentials.
No Transfer or Resale
Credentials are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be reproduced, resold or upgraded. No resale of Credentials shall be permitted, except with the prior written approval from FFG. Credentials are immediately rendered void if altered. The unauthorized resale of Credentials (including, but not limited to, “scalping”), the attempted unauthorized resale of Credentials, the unauthorized assignment of Credentials, the creation of counterfeit Credentials, or the unauthorized transfer of any Credentials to a third party are strictly prohibited and constitute an immediate forfeiture of Participant’s Credentials without compensation from FFG.
Section 3: Personal Property
All personal property brought to the Event is done so at Participant’s own risk and Participant is responsible for safeguarding such property at all times. Participant hereby acknowledges and agrees that FFG is not responsible for, and shall have no liability resulting from, any loss or damage to any personal property belonging to Participant, including, but not limited to, loss or damage resulting from fire, storms, acts of God, air conditioning or heating failure, theft, pilferage, bomb threats, roof leaks, other attendees participating in the Event or other causes, to the extent consistent with applicable law.
No personal property may be left unattended while in or around the Event. FFG will handle unattended property in a manner it deems appropriate in its sole and absolute discretion. Any personal property which is left within the Event space upon the conclusion of the Event shall be considered abandoned and handled by FFG accordingly.
Rental lockers or baggage check may be provided at the Event. In which case Participants will be able to access them throughout the duration of the Event. Participants will be required to undergo security screening when re-entering Event site.
Section 4: Security Check
All Participants will be searched upon entering the Event site. Security guards will inspect bags and other personal items in order to detect objects that jeopardize the safety of other Participants or disrupt the Event. Security guards may search any persons and property on the Event site at any time, including, but not limited to, storage lockers and baggage check areas, and confiscate any prohibited items, in their sole discretion. Under no
circumstances will FFG hold any confiscated prohibited items for Participant. For that reason, please refer to the Prohibited Items list below before attending the Event.
Prohibited Items
FFG prohibits the following items at the Event:
· Weapons or sharp objects (regardless of permit);
· Functional props or weapons (Simulated or costume weapons may be allowed as a part of your costume, subject to prior approval by security);
· Projectiles, fireworks, or other explosives;
· Flammable objects;
· Glass containers;
· Recreational devices such as drones, remote control toys, skateboards, scooters, inline skates or shoes with built-in wheels;
· Selfie sticks and camera tripods;
· Animals (with the exception of service animals). Please e-mail your questions regarding service animals to Fantasy Flight Games at unlimited@fantasyflightgames.com
· Illegal substances;
· Drugs or drug paraphernalia (excluding legally obtained prescription drugs in an approved container);
· Laser pointers;
· Aerosol cans;
· Any other items that FFG, in its sole discretion, deems poses a threat to the safety and enjoyment of the Participants.
If Participant brings any of the items on the above prohibited items list to the Event, such items will be confiscated, and Participant will be subject to removal from the Event at the sole discretion of FFG.
Section 5: Code of Conduct
By Participating in the Event, Participant agrees to comply conduct rules outlined in the Fantasy Flight Games Master Event Document, available here.
FFG expressly reserves its rights to deny admission or entry, to remove, ban or eject a Participant, or to revoke or terminate any Participant’s Credentials or access to any part of the Event, without refund, liability or compensation, as a result of: (1) failure to comply with
these Terms of Service, including any requirements incorporated herein by reference; (2) any illegal, unsafe, offensive or threatened behavior which FFG could reasonably consider to be disruptive of the Event; or (3) circumstances which FFG determines may impact the safety, security or order of the Event, each in FFG’s sole and absolute discretion. Any such determination by FFG shall be final.

Section 7: Privacy
Participant agrees that they have no expectation of privacy or confidentiality with respect to the Event (including, without limitation, any “private” interactions with other Event participants and/or guests) and that Participation in the Event shall at all times be subject to these Ticketing Terms and may be monitored by FFG without notice.
By Participating in the Event or by submitting information to FFG in connection with the Event, Participant agrees to the terms of the Privacy Policy, located at ____ and which may be updated by FFG at any time. Continued Participation in the Event shall constitute a Participant’s acceptance of any such updated Privacy Policy. All Participants are expected to review the Privacy Policy carefully before Participating in the Event and Participant acknowledges that, in the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these Ticketing Terms and the Privacy Policy, the terms of the Privacy Policy shall prevail, govern and control.
Section 8: Video Recording and Release
By Participating in the Event, Participant understands, agrees and acknowledges that Participant may be photographed and filmed, and hereby provides the FFG with absolute, express consent to be photographed and filmed.
For good and valuable consideration, and in exchange for the opportunity to Participate in the Event, Participant grants FFG and its assigns, agents, and those acting with its permission (together, the “FFG Parties”), the absolute and irrevocable right to use recordings, audio, video, images, photographs, and/or other likenesses of participant taken
at the Event, (collectively and individually, “Information“), and to incorporate such Information into any FFG Parties promotional, marketing, informational, or other materials, including in, but not limited to, photographs, video recordings, electronic media, Internet web sites, and social media web sites and platforms (“FFG Materials“).
Participant acknowledges and agrees that the FFG Parties may use, edit, reproduce, display, distribute, create derivative works of, and publish without restriction, in whole or in part, the Information and FFG Materials, in any current and future media, for any purpose. Participant acknowledges that FFG is not required to use the Information.
Participant waives all rights, claims, or interest, if any, that they now have or may later acquire with respect to any Information incorporated into or otherwise related to the FFG Materials, including any right to any compensation. Participant acknowledges no compensation will be offered or granted at any time before, during or after the use of the Information and FFG Materials. Participant releases and agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless, FFG, its officers, employees, assigns, agents, and those acting with its permission, from all liability for any claims related to the Information and FFG Materials.
Any recordings made by Participant on the Event site may not be used for commercial or public purposes, including, without limitation, having ads run on or beside such videos on YouTube and other video sharing websites. Non-professional grade small video cameras and cameras are allowed at the Event site.
Section 9: Minors
In order to Participate in the Event all Minors will need their own Credentials. Children under the age of five (5) years of age may Participate at no cost with a registered wristband. Children over the age of five (5) require a badge. Minors must obtain the permission of their parent or legal guardian (the “Guardian”) prior to any Participation, including, but not limited to, sending any information to FFG, entering any sweepstakes or contests in connection with the Event, posting any information on the Event websites, or purchasing any Credentials or other goods or services related to the Event. The use of Credentials by a Minor or any Participation in the Event by a Minor is a representation and confirmation that such Minor has obtained the consent of their Guardian. FFG recommends all Minors Participate in the Event with their Guardian; provided however, that Minors under the age of thirteen (13) MUST Participate in the Event with a Guardian. It the solely the Guardian’s responsibility to check the suitability of the Event for any Minors in such Guardian’s care, regardless of any official age restrictions which may be described in these Terms of Service.
Section 10: Alcohol
No outside alcohol may be brought to the Event. If alcohol is served at an Event feature, Participants are prohibited from drinking or possessing alcohol except within specifically designated areas. No one under the age of 21 may consume alcohol within or around the Event. FFG reserves the right to deny admission or entry, to remove, ban or eject a Participant, or to revoke or terminate any Participant’s Credentials or access to any part of the Event, without refund, liability or compensation, as a result intoxication.
Section 11: Changes to Event
Event promotional material is intended for informational purposes only. The Event’s operating hours, schedules, floor plans, exhibitors, vendors, guests and speakers are subject to change or cancellation without notice to Participants. All Event features are subject to availability, and FFG cannot guarantee access for all Participants. Participant understands and agrees that any changes to the Event features shall not, under any circumstances, entitle Participant to any claim whatsoever, including a full or partial refund.
Access to certain Event Features may only be available to Participants holding certain types of Credentials. To the extent an Event feature occurs at a specific time, Participants will only be permitted access to such Event feature during the specific time determined by FFG. FFG reserves all rights to deny entry, ban or remove any unauthorized Participants from any such feature.
Participant is solely responsible for Participating in the Event and Event features in a timely manner. In the event Participant fails to Participate in any part of the Event in a timely manner and is consequently unable to Participate in such part of the Event, FFG shall have no obligation to provide a full or partial refund. FFG is not responsible for delays and/or wait times in connection with any Event features or with the Event itself. FFG may reasonably change the time of an Event feature to accommodate unexpected events, other Event features being delayed or other Event features ending earlier than expected or later than expected
Section 12: Cancellation Policy
FFG reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event, or any part of the Event, on limited or no notice in FFG’s sole discretion. In the event of a cancellation or postponement of the Event, FFG shall not be responsible or liable for any costs, damages, fees, expenses or other compensation associated with the Event. Notwithstanding, FFG may issue, at its sole and absolute discretion, a partial or full refund of the cost of your Credentials, by accounting for, among other things, the extent and nature of the cancellation.
Section 13: Assumption of Risk; Limitation of Liability; Release
Participant acknowledges that there are potential hazards and risks of physical injury or illness incidental to Participating in the Event and that not all risks can be fully eliminated. By Participating in the Event, Participant freely and voluntarily assumes any and all risks which are incidental to the Event, regardless of severity, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of FFG or its agents.
By Participating in the Event, Participant expressly waives and releases any and all claims, now known or hereafter known, against FFG, and its officers, directors, managers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, "Releasees"), on account of injury, disability, death, or property damage arising out of or attributable to Participation in the Event, whether arising out of the ordinary negligence of FFG, its agents or employees, or any Releasees or otherwise. Participant agrees not to make or bring any such claim against the FFG or any other Releasee and forever releases and discharges FFG and all other Releasees from liability under such claims. This waiver and release does not extend to claims for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liabilities that Minnesota law does not permit to be released by agreement.
Participant shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FFG and all other Releasees against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, deficiencies, claims, actions, judgments, settlements, interest, awards, penalties, fines, costs, or expenses of whatever kind, including attorney fees, fees, the costs of enforcing any right to indemnification under this release, and the cost of pursuing any insurance providers, arising out of or resulting from any claim of a third party related to Participant’s Participation in the Event, including any claim related to Participant’s own negligence or the ordinary negligence of the FFG.
Participant consents to receive medical treatment deemed necessary if Participant is injured or requires medical attention during Participant’s Participation in the Event. Participant understands and agrees that Participant is solely responsible for all costs related to such medical treatment and any related medical transportation and/or
evacuation. Participant hereby releases, forever discharges, and holds harmless FFG from any claim based on such treatment or other medical services.
Section 14: Disputes
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each Participant agrees that any disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with these Terms of Service will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota or the appropriate state court located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Minnesota, without regard to choice of law or conflict of law rules. Participant waives any and all objections to jurisdiction and venue in these courts and hereby submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Participant agrees that any cause of action arising out of or related to Participation in the Event must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action occurs. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred. Nothing in the Ticketing Terms shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits.
Section 15: Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is held void, invalid, inoperative, or otherwise unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then no other term or provision will be consequently affected, and the remaining terms and provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Section 16: Headings
The descriptive headings in these Terms of Service are for convenience only and are not intended to be part of, or to affect the interpretation of, this agreement.
Section 17: Entire Agreement; Incorporation; No Reliance
These Terms of Service, including the terms incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between FFG and Participant with respect to the subject matter. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, FFG disclaims all warranties or conditions, either express or implied, or any part of them in respect of any aspect of the Event. Participant
acknowledge and agree that in accepting these Terms of Service they have not relied on any representation or warranty that is not expressly included in these Terms of Service and agree that Participant shall have no remedy in respect of any misrepresentation which has not become a part of these Terms of Service.
